Greece: On to Santorini

We took a 2 1/2 hour ferry ride from Mykonos to Santorini. The ferry was miserably hot so as soon as we made it to our hotel, we jumped in the pool. We luckily had our swim suits on already so this didn't take much time. It was so refreshing!

LOVE Ryan's face...he looks so happy :-)

After our cool down we quickly changed and we were making our way to see the sunset. Santorini sunsets are some of the best in the world and the village we were staying in, Oia (pronounced E-a) was the prime location. (Mykonos had beautiful sunsets too and you'll see those in another posts).
Our pre-sunset tottie, in tea cups of course!

The next day we headed out on the Dream Catcher catamaran with Captain Ted! This is a MUST when in Santorini. The crew, food and overall experience was amazing. Since villages are built on cliffs, there aren't really any easily accessible beaches, so this is the best way to see the Mediterranean and enjoy the water.

Pina Coladas!

Two of the beaches that are accessible are the red and white beach and the white beach can only be reached by boat!

It was a perfect day in Santorini and we ended our short time here with another beautiful sunset; we were off to Athens the next morning!
